Coordinator, Supporter Marketing
Background
The ACLU seeks applicants for the full-time position of Coordinator, Supporter Marketing in the Development Department of the ACLU’s National office in New York, NY.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Supporter Marketing, the Coordinator contributes to the ongoing growth of the ACLU’s mass marketing campaigns--which currently raise over $200M annually--by providing operational and administrative support. This position serves as a central point of contract and procurement for the team, posts weekly updates on campaign activities to the ACLU’s nationwide network of affiliates, schedules meetings for internal and external partners, and handles ad hoc donor inquires that require a higher level of review or care.
Responsibilities
Project manage and track the procurement process for new and renewed vendor contracts, including state registrations; serve as main point person for vendor outreach on missing or incomplete items and escalate issues to vendor managers as needed
Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements for team
Coordinate scheduling for, take notes at, and set up logistics (IT needs, room reservations, etc.) for Supporter Marketing meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Review and assist with high dollar, stock, and third-party donation acknowledgement files during peak giving times.
Maintain the department's OneDrive folders
Assist in ongoing updates of department ‘do not mail’ list
Monitor donor inboxes and route issues to relevant teams
Prepare weekly and monthly donor communication updates for ACLU intranet
Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Prior administrative experience using shared online tools such as: OneDrive, DropBox, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Monday.com and Asana or similar project management tool
Ability to prioritize work and projects independently
Experience working with multiple stakeholders on shared projects, preferred
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $65,776 (Level K). This salary is reflective of a position based in New York, NY. This salary will be subject to a locality adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting. Note that most of the salaries listed on our job postings reflect New York, NY salaries, where our National offices are headquartered.
