Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is a remote, grant-funded position that manages and directs a grant-funded training program (the project) designed to facilitate data submission and data use of the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) at college and universities. The position is expected to last through November 2024; potential continued employment is contingent on funding.
Essential Functions
In collaboration with supervisor, operationalize project objectives and manage relevant resources (expertise, technology, tools, etc.)
Manage project activities, timelines, and outputs to ensure that project deliverables are completed on-time and within budget
Create detailed project schedules and work plans for each project output, including assigned tasks for contributors (staff, subject matter experts, contractors, etc.)
Provide progress reports to relevant parties, monitor and review project updates and deliverables, and troubleshoot challenges and delays
Manage and oversee the work of the Project Coordinator
Draft grant reports in tandem with supervisor
Coordinate with AIR and relevant partners’ marketing teams to disseminate project information
Salary and Benefits
$65,000 - USD $69,000

Medical or religious Exemptions: An employee may request an exemption to the vaccination requirement based on the existence of medical contraindication to vaccination. In addition, an employee may request an exemption to the vaccination requirement based on a sincere religious belief. In both cases, an employee may be required to submit documentation to support the request for an exemption. Employees who secure an exemption may be required to take additional precautions under certain circumstances.
