Program Operations Manager
Street Law, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Manager to support Street Law’s array of U.S. and international programs by providing program management and operational oversight to complex programs; supporting the development and delivery of high-quality teaching and training activities; writing and editing lessons, reports, and communications materials; and collecting and analyzing data to increase impact and drive learning.

What You Will Do
You will support Street Law’s programs by:
Providing operational management for a variety of complex programs, both in the United States and abroad. This includes managing logistics of events, trainings, and workshops around the world, providing requisite information and support to consultants and partners, and more. As some of Street Law’s activities take place virtually, you will also set up and use virtual platforms to provide a seamless learning experience for participants.
Supporting financial management for a variety of complex programs, including projects funded by foundations, the U.S. Government, and bi-lateral donors. This includes preparing and monitoring budgets, conducting budget projections, and producing financial reports.
Writing and editing a variety of reports, lessons, curricular materials, and communications materials, clearly communicating Street Law’s strengths, expertise, and professionalism in everything you write.
Supporting the design and facilitation of high-quality training workshops for a variety of audiences. This may include brainstorming agenda ideas, moderating participant group activities, and possibly co-leading some workshop sessions.
Building and maintaining productive relationships with partners, funders, and participants (both in the U.S and international settings) to understand their needs and to inform program activities.
Helping to identify and put in place improvements to Street Law’s existing program management processes
Helping to prepare funding proposals by contributing to budgeting, writing, and editing.

Collaborate successfully with a wide range of U.S. and international partners and participants, including educators, community-based organizations, legal professionals, funders, and more.
Work as part of a team to develop content, strategize, problem solve, and set and accomplish goals.
Required: You have a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience related to project management, program operations, or non-profit administration. You have demonstrated experience in supporting the financial management and reporting requirements of programs. You are organized and process-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of managing multifaceted information sets. You are a strong communicator and writer who can clearly convey complex ideas. You are a compelling public speaker who can present clearly to a wide variety of audiences. You have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and enthusiasm for Street Law’s mission. You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant skill or content area or equivalent professional experience.
Desired: You have experience working with foundation or U.S. Government funded programs, particularly from USAID, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Education, or the U.S. Department of Justice. Familiarity with OMB Uniform Guidance and Federal Grant Regulations is a plus. You have a strong interest in government, law, civics, political science, or a related field. You have experience working with global populations either within the U.S. or in other countries. Experience living and/or working outside of the United States and having fluency in a language other than English are both plusses as well.
What Else You Should Know
This position requires domestic and international travel (once it is safe to do so) up to approximately 15% of time.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $52,000-$62,000
This position is based at Street Law’s headquarters in Silver Spring, MD, USA. However, Street Law will consider remote candidates based anywhere in the continental USA for this position.

Salary and Benefit
USD $52,000 - USD $62,000 / year
