Regional Director, Los Angeles
The Regional Head, Los Angeles will play an important role in driving the objectives of Opportunity@Work’s (O@W) organizational strategy and growth plan in the L.A area. This role requires an ability to develop creative and effective approaches that add value for O@W stakeholder groups through mission-aligned entrepreneurship, innovation, and informed experimentation.
This person will be responsible for sparking the local workforce development ecosystem to champion and enable the hiring of STARs (individuals who are Skilled Through Alternative Routes). Specifically, this leader will be measured on adoption and engagement of the Stellarworx platform by employers and training providers, resulting in STARs gaining employment into career-advancing, middle-wage roles.
This person will report directly to the Interim Head of Sales and will regularly work with the Stellarworx team (including Customer Acquisition, Customer Success, Product) and collaborate with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Insights teams.
$140,000 - $160,000
Healthcare: We pay 100% of your medical, dental, and vision coverage and 50% of the premium for your spouse and dependents.
Retirement: We match 4% of your salary (up to a maximum of $5,000) annually and will contribute an additional 1% of your paycheck, even if you don’t contribute.
