Manager, Education Partnerships
The AI Education Project (AIEDU) is hiring an Education Partnerships Manager focused on advancing our mission by ensuring the success of educators currently using our curriculum and building relationships with educators who might use our program. This position will report to the Head of Programs.
This is a mid-level role at a fast-growing nonprofit education technology startup with opportunities for professional and compensation growth. We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. The role will be based remotely.
The ideal candidate should have some professional or volunteer experience in K-12 education, as well as experience in one of the following areas: project management, enterprise sales, digital/email marketing, or community building. We are looking for a candidate who is an outstanding communicator, growth-minded, passionate about public education and the societal impact of technology, and interested in navigating the operational challenges of a startup social enterprise.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage relationships with educators including teachers, education program directors, school administrators, and district leaders.
Develop and manage educator-facing communications and online communities (newsletters, webinars, presentations, etc.).
Respond to implementation, partnership, and technical questions from education partners.
Collaborate on developing teacher training materials to ensure the successful implementation of our curriculum.
Utilize software tools such as Hubspot, GSuite, and Slack to manage and improve our education partnership pipeline and program implementation processes.
Voice the needs, opinions, and expectations of our education partners to our team internally.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience. Particularly relevant experience includes any roles in fast-paced environments, especially in the technology, education, or non-profit sectors.
Background or strong interest in artificial intelligence, social impact, and technology.
Strong writing experience, especially the ability to write quickly and efficiently with an accessible, non-technical voice.
