In ancient times cats were worshipped as gods; they have not forgotten this.
This week I found out that my son likes cats. I am devastated… I hate cats 🙀. I am finding out new things about him each day… What are some new things you are discovering about yourself? If not, what are some new things you want to be in 2019? Invest in yourself this year as you are searching for a new career in the remote world.

Organization Highlight
Salesforce is one of the most popular CRM systems out there. Not only that, they are rated as one of the best places to work at from Fortune 100 Best Companies To Work For list. Salesforce Foundation works with nonprofit organizations to help their mission by providing generous resources from their company. Although you might not be a technical person, building your career with Salesforce could be a very exciting and rewarding path.
The Power of Us Hub
From Salesforce:
“Everyone who wants to change the world should have the tools and technology to do so. Technology is the most powerful equalizer of our time, providing access to data, knowledge, and–above all–connections. Salesforce.org gets our technology in the hands of nonprofits and educators so they can connect with others and do more good. As a social enterprise, the more missions our technology supports, the more we invest back into technology and communities, creating an endless circle of good. We’re here to help; visit us at Salesforce.org.”

Challenge / Tips for the Week
I hate writing. Not only do I hate writing, but English is also actually my second language. This year, I am challenging myself to write more. I even downloaded the Word of the Day app so I can improve my vocabulary. This week, I want to challenge you to start writing. Start writing your own blog. Write about anything that interests you. It is a great way to gain credibility and enhance your portfolio/resume.
