The Salesforce Business Application Manager will work closely with internal business stakeholders to define the scope of projects, document business processes, write technical specifications, prioritize the product backlog, and conduct user acceptance testing across our IT development, software integration, and configuration projects. This role will create custom logic and functionality using point and click administration. The right candidate will understand the limits of their capabilities and know when to bring in an outside developer when necessary.
As a liaison between business and technology, the Business Application Manager will rely on impeccable communication skills and a rigorous attention to detail to deliver solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations. In addition to creative and critical thinking, this role will require project management skills, Salesforce admin experience, as well as the ability to build Salesforce apps.
This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week, with the potential for full-time work as business needs require. This can be a remote position. Preference will be given to Bay Area candidates who can commute to the office periodically for meetings and in-person connection on projects.
