Founded in 1992, Provide is a national remote-work organization working to make sure that there is access to abortion, especially those to those living in rural communities and Southern and Midwestern states. 

Executive Assistant and Board Liaison
Provide seeks an enthusiastic, independent and attentive professional to provide high-level administrative support to the organization’s Executive Director, Managing Directors, and Board. As the Executive Assistant & Board Liaison, this individual is responsible for providing administrative, strategic and managerial support to Provide’s Executive Director, Managing Director and Department Leaders. The position also functions as the primary contact person for the Board of Directors and associated working groups (Board Executive Committee, Board Development and Finance) and supports Board leadership in the administration and management of the Board.
This full-time (40 hrs/week) remote work position reports directly to the Executive Director. Travel is estimated at 10%, including at least 2 annual in-person Board Meetings. The Executive Assistant & Board Liaison will play a proactive role in supporting and extending the capacity of Provide’s Executive Director, Managing Directors and Board of Directors.
Provide staff are 100% remote workers and we do not have a physical location. This is a remote position for an applicant based in the United States who can work with others on a remote team.

We also offer 403b retirement plan with 3% employer contributions after six (6) months of employment.
